Hey man, im still having that problem with pf, guess u havent been on purefaction.org in a while but i see that you've been on here recently, so I made a thread. Yes i do have both files unrar.dll and unzip32.dll in my rf folder, and im pretty sure my firewall isn't the problem as i havent changed anything with it, pf just stopped workin right. What can i do about this problem with my pf, obviously philip is being an ass and won't help me out.:o

I had the same problem although i just re-installed Purefaction and it just started workin again..

What? Well I mean while its down you can just use the default 1.20 version....

His PF still works - it just tells him that it can't contact the update server.

Funnehh, just unban him from PF

They can ban you from update server, so you wont be able to download maps and to update PF, like they did to me.
Then, when you open laucnher it says, New PF update available, plz checkt the site, then comes a pop up.. it connects you to PF site/forum and then it says.. some eeror message.. FaiL

But once again, i am to smart for them ;P

but its not just my pf that messin up on me. my iTunes wont connect to the update server or the iTunes store, I cant upload any pics to imageshack so i dont know. but earlier i tried switching user accounts on this same computer and all that stuff worked just fine

k goober, nevermind i got it fixed. The problem was on my end, not pf. It apparently was some malware or some shit, thanks for your help though.
